Learn how to weatherproof your outdoor creations and secure your YardArt masterpiece against the elements with sculptor Liz Helfer. She will share techniques for sealing your original artwork and demonstrate different tie-down methods. If you have a specific question about your YardArt creation, bring it with you.

Hatch workshops start on time. If you arrive late, your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.

MAKER CARDS
All visitor to Hatch must show their Hatch Make Card or sign a waiver to receive a Maker Card. Those under 18 must have a parent/guardian present to sign the waiver. Visitors under twelve years old must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.

This event takes place at WFPL’s Hatch Makerspace, located at 20 Summer Street in Watertown, just a few blocks away from the Library.
