Brahma Kumaris New England presents an enlightening 8-week journey delving into the depths of Raja Yoga Meditation. Throughout the series, participants will explore the intricate workings of their minds, discovering how thoughts are formed and mastering techniques to channel their inner potential towards fostering a mindset of positivity. Engaging sessions will also probe the fundamental question of 'Who am I?' while unveiling practices aimed at self-empowerment, leading to heightened self-awareness and bolstered self-esteem.
