The City of Watertown is partnering with Mass Save to bring money-saving energy efficiency programs to residents and small businesses. To make it even easier, we have our own Energy Advocate, Fangxue Zheng, on staff to guide you through the process! She will help with inquiries about how to upgrade your heating/cooling systems with the help from the Mass Save program. Fangxue will come to the library on 11/12, 11/26 and 12/10 between 5:30-7:00pm at Study Room 3 on the second floor. Come and talk to her if you have questions about Mass Save!
