3 Body Qigong for Health and Healing

As we transition from late summer into fall, our bodies (and minds) undergo a transition. According to Traditional Chinese medicine, we are all connected to nature, and as the seasons change, we also undergo physical and mental changes. This set of classes will focus on learning to feel energy through body tapping and movement and quieting our minds through meridian stretching and meditation. This class will offer you "preventive maintenance" for your body and mind.

Please bring a mat, as some movement may be on the ground. Chairs and modified movements are available.
